Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer or a Graphic expert to join our team. A Graphic Designer will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in the position, the candidate must be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and show fantastic attention to detail.

So, a Graphic Designer or a Graphic expert in graphic design creates thoughts, graphics, and designs for products, such as illustrations for product packaging or company logos. They also decide on the typefaces used, the font typeface size, and other aspects of the visual design.

Skills & Experience:

The essential skills that a Graphic Designer or a Graphic Designer expert requires are given below:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as graphic designer or in related field
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator
A strong eye for visual composition
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided design

Responsibilities and Duties

There are a variety of roles and responsibilities for a Graphic Designer or a Graphic Designer expert to develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
Things to keep in mind include the following:

Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
Plan concept by studying information and materials
Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors
Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting
malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
