Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at WebGuruz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Skills & Experience:

Job Requirements

Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
Acquiring new clients through learning about bidding platforms like Upwork/Fiver etc.
Upselling through existing client network.
Zeal to work towards marketing and sales process that leads to client conversions.
Update and maintain the prospect database by recording all prospecting activity daily.
Pro-active approach and timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain sales pipeline.
Develop the strategy for list building based on researching the target market.
Coordinate the development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team.
Sending Proposal/bids on spontaneous basis using Upwork to grab new business opportunities.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Any graduate/post Graduate degree (B Tech, MBA, BBA) preferred
Zeal to work towards closures
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
Professional yet affable disposition
Neat, well-groomed appearance
Great networking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
