Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our Social Media Team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in designing for digital marketing, with a focus on creating compelling visuals that engage and drive traffic across various social media platforms. You will play a key role in developing dynamic visual content for social campaigns, enhancing brand presence, and boosting audience engagement.

Skills & Experience:

Job Requirements

Design eye-catching visuals for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Team to conceptualize and execute design strategies for social media campaigns.
Create assets for social media posts, stories, banners, ads, infographics, and animations as needed.
Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Edit and optimize graphics for mobile and desktop view across different social media platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams (content, video, and marketing) to ensure that designs are integrated seamlessly with the overall campaign strategy.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality designs.
Monitor social media trends and competitor designs to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Educational Qualifications

A relevant diploma/certification in a related field
