Webguruz is looking to hire a Web Designer or UI developer who will be responsible for ensuring that the work produced by the team is delivered on time.
Webguruz is an IT services provider headquartered in Mohali, with sales offices in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities and Duties
A Web Designer or UI developer has various roles, and responsibilities in integrating client CMS programs and data feeds into websites.
The basic things are given below:
- Team Responsibilities.
- Ensuring the whole team is delivery their work on a regular basis.
- Ensuring the team is learning and growing in the latest skills and trends of designing.
- Communication with the clients for regular updates.
- Team meetings for the delivery of various projects.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of web designing, Photoshop, CSS, CSS3, HTML, Bootstrap, HTML5, Ul/UX designing, Illustrator
- Should have hands-on industry experience of more than 4+ years Sound knowledge of web designing, Photoshop, CSS, HTML.
- Good Communication Skills & Time Management -Good at visualization & making
- Clean Web layouts. Communication skills are an additional edge.
- Excellent Team-Member
- Should be hard-working, passionate, disciplined.
- Should be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time.
- Desire to change the existing paradigms; think out of the box and sharp analytical mind.
- Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to multiple frameworks and CMS is an advantage.
