Job Description
SEO Team Lead(TL) or SEO Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications, and advertising campaigns. Team Leader(TL) should be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. A senior SEO team leader (TL) should be able to manage and deliver the projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.
An SEO Team Lead(TL) or SEO Leader should coordinate with other staff members as part of the duty, be capable of working as a practical part of a team, and have good verbal communication skills. A Senior Team Leader(TL) also needs strong writing skills so that they can create and post attention-grabbing content online. They must have great computer skills and a working knowledge of social media in order to do their job effectively.

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and 2 years of experience in team handling
- Internet-savvy, a must (know a lot about being on the internet or doing things with the internet)
- Internet-friendly creative that can interact within multiple online communities and build relationships with ease
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data
- Innovative, inquisitive and effective problem solver
- Proficient in conducting research online
- Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Responsibilities and Duties
- Running back link audits and conduct SEO analysis and reporting of websites by using relevant SEO tools
- Develop various project plans and manage link building projects from start to finish together with the Marketing Manager
- Perform various link prospecting and ling vetting strategies
- Contact 3rd party websites to distribute relevant content in order to earn high-quality back links
- Create well-crafted outreach templates and make A/B test email campaigns
- Analyze website traffic trends and rankings using Google Analytics and other analytical tools
- Automate link prospecting, link intersecting, and email outreach processes
- Use relevant CRM or link building automation software in order to make the best performing workflow
- Driving strategy to acquire back links that positively impact organic rankings
- Working with internal team and outside vendors to execute on that strategy
- Management of outside service providers and technologies to assist in campaigns
