Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to assist in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines while managing project documentation.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting notes.
Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to align project goals.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
Manage task assignments and monitor workload distribution within the team.
Conduct post-project evaluations and suggest process improvements.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, JIRA, or ClickUp.
Basic understanding of Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Software Development processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Academic Qualification:

BE, BTECH, MTECH, BCA, MCA, MSc (Bachelor's Preferred), BSC ( Computer-Science ),
Diploma in Computer-Science, BBA, MBA .
