Responsibilities and Duties:
– Lead the planning, development, and execution of business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in alignment with the company’s goals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential market niches.
– Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value propositions of the company’s products or services.
– Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final execution, ensuring all aspects are delivered within budget and on time.
– Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
– Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
– Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional growth.
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance its presence and reputation.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the business development department.

Interview Process:
– 1st Round: Telephonic Filtering round with HR team for initial screening.
– 2ndRound: Face to Face round which includes aptitude test followed by the Basic Written/Verbal Technology Test.
– 3rd Round: Practical Technology Test.
