Application Process
Step 1: Learn About Parichay
Discover more about Parichay, Webguruz’s Flagship Internship Program through various channels. Attend Information Seminars and Career Fairs held at universities near you. Check our calendar for upcoming events at your school. Alternatively, you can explore our Facebook page, YouTube channel, and blog, or reach out via email at [email protected].
Step 2: Apply for Parichay
- To kickstart your application, upload your resumé/CV and complete the form provided on the right. Make sure to:
- Include all necessary information in your CV/resumé.
- If applicable, provide details such as CGPA, key talents, previous experiences/academic projects, expected graduation year, university, major, and work authorization status.
- Express your preference for projects in the upcoming cycle that align with your career aspirations.
Step 3: Resume Review
- Once received, your resumé/CV will undergo a thorough evaluation by a committee of specialists from the Parichay team.
Step 4: Telephonic Interview
- Successful candidates will be invited for a telephone interview. Be prepared to discuss your talents, strengths, and experiences as outlined in your resumé/CV.
Step 5: Shortlisted Candidate
- Congratulations! You will receive a formal offer letter. Upon receiving the offer letter, please confirm your acceptance. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!

In the application form, you have the option to specify your area of interest (e.g. Software services) so we can match you with suitable projects.

During Application
All you need to do is fill out the application form and upload your resume.

Project assignments will be disclosed upon selection. If you have concerns about a specific project, please communicate them during the interview process.
After Application
If selected, you can expect to receive an interview call within 1 to 2 weeks.
Typically, you will receive a response within one week of your interview.
No, admission is based on working ability and project availability, not on the number of students from a particular school.
