Step 1: Seminar Information

There are many avenues to learn more about InStep – Webguruz’ Global Internship Program. Webguruz conducts Information seminars and Career fairs in various universities. Check our calendar to know when we will be in your school.

There are several other ways to learn more about the programme: visit our Facebook page, our youtube channel, our blog, or send an email to [email protected]

Step 2: Apply to InStep

  • Simply upload your resume and fill out the form below to apply for the InStep internship programme. A few essential points:
  • Ensure that all required information is included by reading resume recommendations.
  • If you have a CGPA (if available), key talents, previous experience/academic projects, planned graduation year, university, major, and work authorization details, please include them in your resume.
  • Let us know the projects you want to work on in the next cycle. You can pick any project that interest you and match your career goals.

Step 3: Resume is Evaluated

  • A committee of specialists will review your CV once it reaches the InStep team.

Step 4: Telephonic Interview

  • Candidates will be invited to a telephone interview after a successful resume screening. Because the interview will be based on the applicant's resume, be prepared to discuss all talents, strengths, and experiences.

Step 5: Shortlisted candidate

  • A letter of offer
  • Student acknowledges offer letter receipt.

    Before Application

    Students enrolled in our partner organisations are eligible to apply.

    The program is divided all over the year for different academic requirements. 

    After filling the form and uploading the resume, If the applicant is shortlisted, an unofficial transcript would be requested

    Not necessary.

    Bachelor's Human Resources Management 8-10

    Webguruz Technologies Pvt Ltd
    HRM is a set of software tools designed to manage human resources and related procedures throughout the employee lifetime. An HRMS helps a company understand its workers while adhering to changing tax and labour rules. Using Webguruz's Human Resources Management Portal, employees can sign in and out as well as request leaves when it is necessary. The system also keeps track of each employee's monthly attendance, major events, team chart work, and birthday dates.

    Bachelor's/ Masters Wish Health Patient App 8

    Webguruz developed a health app for people who can appoint their doctors in 5 cities Mohali, Zirakpur, Kharar, Panchkula and Chandigarh. The patient can access the doctor's bio, profile, and designation on the app. They can schedule appointments at any time that is convenient for them based on the available slots, and they can even make payments through the payroll section.

    Webguruz created a CRM website to manage the lead generating information collected on the website. This portals manages the details of the project, including the requirements of the client, the time frame for the project, and the level of support.

    A South african based real estate app where users can watch different properties on different locations and buy and sale it with in mintues. The app for real estate brokers can be used to plan a variety of events.

    Mobile Application Development

    Genie Connections is a dating app made for singles. The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices and comes equipped with features like left & right swipe for profile matching, Bluetooth device detection, and more. Built on technologies like Swift and Kotlin, this app is made to bring people closer.

    Team Webguruz is developing a food delivery app to the likes of Zomato and Swiggy. Users will be able to browse through restaurant listings and order food online. The app will support online payment options as well for maximum convenience.

    Webguruz designed and developed a website for this real-estate property management agency. The website allows users to find the best real estate agents so they can have access to up-to-date real estate data, trends, and statistics.
