Job Summary
WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly driven Vice President / Head of Department (HOD) – Digital Marketing to lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing Department. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, strategic vision, team management capabilities, and business growth understanding.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing large digital marketing teams, driving performance, handling client retention, improving departmental productivity, and building scalable digital marketing operations.
The candidate will be responsible for leading teams across SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Branding, and Content, while ensuring project quality, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
