Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for websites, social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, promotional creatives, and campaign visuals.
• Work on Reels and short-form video content, including basic video editing, transitions, text animations, and creative elements.
• Develop creative concepts based on client requirements, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.
• Design visual assets for website pages, landing pages, blogs, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Development teams to deliver creative requirements on time.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into effective design concepts.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, colours, and visual style across different platforms.
• Research current design trends, social media trends, competitor creatives, and industry benchmarks to bring fresh ideas to client projects.
• Make design modifications based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple creative requirements and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Maintain organized design files and creative assets for ongoing client projects.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools.
• Basic to good knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Good understanding of social media design and content formats.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs that are both creative and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and other social media formats.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to understand briefs and work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing, social media designing, digital marketing, or a similar creative role.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media, branding, website, and digital marketing creatives will be preferred.
